Just a thought...

Today it stormed. Just for a little while. The rain came down fast and hard, the wind blew, and there were grumbles of thunder and a few flashes of lighting. I couldn't help but think that is sometimes how life is. One day life is perfectly sunny and warm the next day it is full of rain and storms. We have indicators that the storms may come, but we can never predict for certain the timing, how strong they will be, or the outcome. Sometimes they can even catch us by complete surprise. They may last for short or long periods of time. There may be a sunny day to follow or another round of storms. We just have to stay inside and out of harms way until there is calm again. There is always calm after a storm. It is the same when we encounter life's storms. We must remain in the shelter of the Lord. He is the calm before, during, and after any storm. May the Lord guide you through any storms that come your way. Anyway, just a thought. Be Blessed!
